- I don't understand any of the bad reviews. Room, bed, staff, etc were fine. For an under $---a night room, I was very satisfied. When noticed a problem with the heat, the engineer came within ten minutes and fixed it.
- Location was great, check in and check out was fast and simple

Cons -
- Resort fees of 40-50 a day
- The bed felt broken and was on wheels. The sheets were stiff and made noise every time you moved. For a "4 star" hotel, the bed did not meet expectations at all. The shower had no curtain or door to close so the bathroom was soaked after every shower.
- The breakfast was poor. Very limited. I believe a warm selection of egg, bacon or toast with spreads. The apples were so old. I was shocked the remote control was really filthy. I had to wipe it clean.
