- Location & staff friendliness
- The location was very nice close to all the main areas. The staff was very friendy
- Welcomed warmly. Upgraded a room to one with a view.
Cons -
- It?s nyc- 4 elevators for a 30+ floor hotel isn?t enough in the morning with people going to breakfast and leaving. We waited 30+ min for an elevator to go to 1st floor - people in my party can?t take stairs)
- The size of the room are too small
- The rooms are tiny. There's no drawers or anywhere to unpack. But it was clean and comfortable
