- Price, friendliness of staff,
- Location and convenience to everything local
- The best part of the hotel is the location. It's close to Greyhound, Flix, Megabus, and Amtrak stations. I also liked the smoker-friendly options.
Cons -
- Shuttle is advertised on the website, there is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. No desk area to work. Television reception was very poor.
- Some reviews indicated that there was breakfast included, but there is none. The rooms are rather small but I suppose that is true for all others as well.
- It was way too expensive and overpriced. I paid $350 and the bathrooms weren't very nice. There were zero breakfast options.
