  • Friendly staff was consistent. This was a wonderful feature of the stay: I felt welcome and taken care of.
  • Front Desk Staff.. Great Employees Breakfast was Ok.. PH Roof Top was awesome..
  • The morning staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Cons -

  • The doors slam shut pretty loud, which jars one awake. Not a big problem if your neighbor is coming or going at 9am, but a drawback at 3am.
  • Yes The room way too small and cramped... Glad i was there 4 only 3 days..
  • The room was not accurately pictured.Too small for 4 people. My son did not want to share the small bed with female family members so he slept on the laminate floor. He had to squeeze into the space at the foot of bed using a single blanket.disappointing

well located, no carpet in room making it more cleanly
When I checked in, there were no pillowcases on the pillows and the room phone did not work. An hour after getting the pillow cases, a staff person tried to access my room without knocking waking me up. Front desk staff was unsympathetic and not helpful
