- Location. Next and close to good restaurants and other stores.
- Staff was pleasant, attentive and efficient. We mentioned a problem with our shower and it was fixed that same day. Room size is generous for a Manhattan hotel room. And the bed was very comfortable.
- The location is awesome.
Cons -
- Room is sooo small! No streaming services on TV.
- We were pleased with everything during our 4-night stay.
- Your pending fees and lack of acknowledgement and return of such fees despite protests .
