The hotel change first I pay to park my vehicle. Second the breakfast is a joke I was better off in McDonalds at I already know the food is terrible. Service is pretty bad and the room smells like someone is smoking in the room and I am not a smoker

Front desk was amazing! I was unaware that they had two different locations and after a long day of flying I was dropped off at the wrong location but the front desk put us in a beautiful room with a lovely view.
Refurbished rooms were excellent, waterfront access was gorgeous and easily walkable.
It is always a great choice if you're flying out of SAN because of its proximity to the airport. The Bayview tower has nice views and unless the Navy across the bay is particularly active it will be peaceful

To be honest, I didn’t like nothing about this hotel. The parking is horrible. I got robbed my room door didn’t lock.
The hotel staff were terrific, and we had an excellent experience. Plenty of nightlife without leaving the building, and the views are immaculate!

Nothing! Save your money! Worse hotel! We stayed in room 361, 2nd Building, 3rd top floor, our room was facing the fwy, it was super noisy! 2 walls and the ceiling had water damage and as soon as you step into the room, the whole room reeked like mold!
