- It was near the pier, chinatown, public transit, sightseeing, farmers market; my husband and i loved the beautiful location and will definitely be returning.
- Staff was so friendly and accommodating.
Cons -
- Food selection and also restaurant staff had really bad customer service and also food took forever to come and wasn't done how I asked. They need better food selections
- The only thing that came up for me was the bed was too firm for me.
- We were offered an "upgrade" for $50 per night which we took. When we checked out we were charged and additional $--- over what we had already paid for 2 nights. Fees included the $50 upgrade plus another $148 in service fees!
