- Terrible customer service! Kept our deposit because they seen our dog Ben when explained our dog is a service dog.
- I thought the free breakfast was perfect . They offered plenty of food and good quality food.

- No hot water plug to phone missing TV won't work extremely disappointed and dissatisfied
- No phones in room no microwave water barely got hot! And terrible customer service!!!!
- my daughter got about 10 bites on her body.She did see a bug on the bed but she did not think anything about it. So beware bring your own sheets and keep your bags off the ground just in case. I still think it was a great hotel.I will be back.
