I've come to expect more from Holiday Inn Express over the years , however this one only had 2.5 stars so I didn't expect to much.

Nothing it is very badly kept up! Poor cleaning pour maintenance needs an upgrade needs an overall I just came home and found out I got scabies there. This is not good. I expect some kind of compensation for this. It’s costing me a fortune .

The gentleman at the front desk was top notch. I made sure when looking for a hotel it came with free parking, WiFi, breakfast and an indoor pool. Location was surrounded by amazing shopping and restaurants.

The lady who was working the desk was very nice and helpful.
staff friendly
We did not stay because there was a window bust out on the 1st floor, room floors were sticky, the bath tub stained, and the furniture peeling. The pictures on web are not what was at the location. We had to search for another hotel at the last minute.

Top Tips
- Discover greater flexibility by renting a car at Nashville International Airport (BNA). Dickson is 38-45 miles (40-50 minutes) by car from both the airport and downtown Nashville. No direct commuter rail or airport shuttle currently serves Dickson, so a rental can save significant wait times.
- Select southwest Dickson hotels to maximize your time at Montgomery Bell State Park. Stays here shorten the park drive to 6-9 miles (about 10-15 minutes), reducing daily travel by up to 40 minutes round-trip.
- Most Dickson hotels cluster along I-40 or US-70. To minimize truck noise, request a room facing away from the highway or on a higher floor. Many chains honor floor or view preferences at check-in when requested early.
- Ensure accessible or group-friendly stays by confirming free parking and breakfast policies before booking, especially for oversized vehicles or buses. Amenities and breakfast hours may vary by property, so check details directly with your hotel.
- During large Nashville events such as CMA Fest, book Dickson hotels at least 3-6 weeks in advance for weekend dates. Last-minute inventory drops sharply, and accessible rooms or preferred amenities often sell out early.
