Pros +
- The hotel is in a nice location with good views.
- Nothing
- At check in they gave us water and churros
Cons -
- Staff members are the worse! If you keep on calling they just put you on hold without even saying anything especially if you keep calling. But if you use a different number then they answer right away!
- Room was next door to a room having a party with loud music and noise all night long. I called down to the front desk and they sent security, which was ineffective. I was told a manager would call and at this time, has not returned any of my calls x 4.
- Almost everything

At check in they gave us water and churros
The room smelled like cigarettes. We had to keep the balcony door open to air out the smell. The rooms wasn’t very clean. The mattress cover had spots all over it. At fuego the bartender Bobby treated us very rudely for no reason.
