- The front desk receptionist was awesome. She was really nice and helped with getting tv remote to work.

- The bathroom walls have a lot of patched up areas, to cover up rust and water damage with putty and paint, so it makes it feel dirty. The toilet had a lot of black mold on the upper bowl. Needs a good cleaning. $2.99 admin fee that nobody advises you of.
- Dirty, smelled weird , broken sink , had to wait for a while before staff comes, got charged for a fee that was never mentioned
- Staff was unhelpful. Was loud all night long and they wouldn't do anything about it unless I paid more money to move to a bigger room. I didn't need a bigger room just quiet in the middle of night. 3 nights of no sleep and the manager could not care.
