- Everything. The staff was excellent. Rooms were amazing. Should have a higher star rating than it did.

- All of the hotel is dated and looks old. The room felt stuffy, furniture is scratched, the sofa and chairs are discolored and sunken in from age. The linen in the room was clean but stained. Also, there were not TVs available in all the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the location was good
All of the hotel is dated and looks old. The room felt stuffy, furniture is scratched, the sofa and chairs are discolored and sunken in from age. The linen in the room was clean but stained. Also, there were not TVs available in all the hotel.

Customer service was poor—our Hilton Rewards membership wasn’t honored, a smoke detector malfunction disrupted our evening for over an hour, and despite being told no rooms were available, one suddenly appeared only after a long hold for a manager
