The parking is very convenient. Coincidentally a tax conference was also attending the same hotel and it was pretty cool! I haven’t seen Wolter’s Kluwer since university! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every time I asked them to clean my room.

Paying a little more for the buffet breakfast was well worth it for us. Lots of great choices and very attentive staff. The adjoining restaurant is a plus. Indoor and outdoor pools was nice. Great location and lots of parking spaces.

Staff is incredibly helpful, professional. front desk are awesome! Shuttle drivers and Ty were outstanding. Their airport transport were no wait and safe. They also took us to the Mall, Sports Bar, anywhere within a mile.

The Black gentleman was the only person that greeted my husband and I during our stay ! The other front desk workers all seemed confused and rude honestly no one spoke or said a word . The bar staff was AMAZING , loved the food and drinks !

It was a hotel stay, until I inquired about several fraudulent holds on my credit card, asst mgr was putting us out of the hotel u til Adult Protective Service got involved. I prepaid 1 week this happen in the 1st day of the contract.

This hotel was amazing! I wish our stay was longer to enjoy it all!! Kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax to the side and they provide life jackets and everything you could need! I don’t think my kids want to stay anywhere else!

Location, pool, area, and staff. The hotel was beautiful. Location is great. The pool had lifeguards so safety is a priority. All of the amenities they offer are great. There is a couple of bar areas by the pool. They had an indoor playplace for kids.

I needed a basic hotel at a good rate. Since it's the off-season, the hotels in the area are doing building maintenence. Despite that the room was quiet, the water was hot, and the breakfast downstairs was waffles, muffins, boiled eggs and juice.

not very much! first night was in room with no air conditioning (broke) next day moved to another room, handicap room witn broke tv and shower running water all over floor.
