Staff was friendly but when I had a issue with worn out boxspring they did not follow up immediately and I had another sleepless night due to boxspring making noise everytime we moved on the bed. After 2nd night rough sleep I was finally moved.

Quite literally nothing. Very poor stay, treatment from staff and facilities. Broken phone, $20.00/day to park in your hotels parking lot. Insane. Street parked my Lexus on principal rather than give them the $. NO VALET! Self park for $20 mind you.

Nothing, the young lady at the front desk was rude and they could have done better with the room we stayed in. The carpet was nasty and the elevator was scary I thought it was going to stop running.

Nothing! no refrigerator, , microwave, or security lock on the door and the floors were filthy. Within 30 minutes our feet were black! Also, it was impossible to get any rest of relax with how noisy it was with neighbors, their barking pitbulls, etc.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can tell the hotel is older but very well taken care of. I ended up having to change rooms after checking in due to wet carpet in the first room, most likely from A/C unit. Second room was great!

Nothing. It?s a terrible hotel. Was suppose to have a love seat bed and it did not. Also had pet stains all in the room all over the carpet and dog pee on the hotel curtains. The hot water took forever to get warm didn?t even get hot.
