Hyatt House Dallas Las Colinas

The room came with a stocked kitchen. The room was very roomy and clean. Breakfast was great. They had different milks for those with allergies. Highly recommend.

Nothing. It was great. This was our second stay and we'll stay again.

It’s a good location and it does look nice on the outside

First off, roaches outside the hotel room and stairs. Seen one roach in one bathroom and 2 roaches in another. There a gap from the front door (guessing that’s where the roaches entered) no face towels. Tried asking the front desk for towels but all I got was hand towels and attitude. Sheets were filthy, but luckily, the family and I always bring our own for stays like this. All I gotta say is, this hotel is very lucky we were in need of a hotel room for the stay. I really hope this place actually reads the comments, because I’m tired of the “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” speech, and not doing anything about the complaint made about the hotel.

The front desk guy was rude and not welcoming. I felt as though I was a bother to him. Very unprofessional.

Quite dirty in some corners, old bathroom, dirty shelves, dirty dishes

The area is perfect, the privacy is perfect, everything is perfect.

Cleaning, when I arrived the bed was unmade, the carpet and the refrigerator were quite dirty and the cleaning staff never cleaned the room.

The facilities was excellent. Full kitchen in the room and nice lobby area. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was good with shopping and restaurants close.

Location is great. Very tranquil area. Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby.

If you’re expecting clean and brand new, then don’t select this hotel. Furniture is decent (not brand new). If you’re looking for cleanliness…not this hotel. Could use better cleaning services. Countertops/tables weren’t clean and there was fast food in our kitchen bin when we arrived.
