- Nothing
- We were warmly greeted at the desk when we arrived. After a long travel day, a glass of wine at the bar was a treat! The bed was so comfortable we fell asleep quickly. The breakfast was very good and like the omelet bar!
- I loved that they had a shuttle to take us to and from the game.
Cons -
- Out dated it’s old beds not comfortable. Not worth the money.
- The bar and kitchen should have been staffed better. The front desk staff were courteous. It was a Tech football weekend, geez! There was one poor bartender, and he was doing the best he could. The bartender was moving as fast as possible, very courteous and patient. The poor food runner, bless her. She, too, looked overwhelmed but maintained a polite and helpful attitude. They both deserve a huge raise! Management should be ashamed of not providing them with more help for after game business! It's not like they didn't know there was a game! The hotel was sold out and charged double the reasonable rate. But hey! Stick it to people when you can, right! Considering the chaos of being understaffed the food was good.

Location was convenient to TTUHSC. Easy to access.
