Even after check out they help you sort things out. 1. We had a medical appointment & they held onto to our luggage until we could retrieve it. 2.We used valet parking & didn"t want to drive on Cleveland Clinic campus, We were able to leave it there.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The 2 ladies that set up breakfast are wonderful. I also appreciate the free cookies, popcorn, and fountain soda from 7pm - 9pm. Location is fantastic. Pool was very clean.

The rate was a fair price but could?ve given a better deal for the short amt of time we spent inside.
After a 7 hour drive, we arrived and were told that our reservation had been canceled. The people at that hotel were no help. After driving to several hotels in the area I was helped, but the closest vacancy was almost an hour away.
