- After a 7 hour drive, we arrived and were told that our reservation had been canceled. The people at that hotel were no help. After driving to several hotels in the area I was helped, but the closest vacancy was almost an hour away.

- The new room cost over $---. We finally got to bed after 11pm fir a 5am wakeup and another one hour drive back to Columbus. I expect that no charges will be put against my card, or that a refund will be forthcoming. Overall....very disappointed.
