Hilton Cleveland Downtown

Love this hotel! Terrific location, room, fitness center, restaurants. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the folks at the valet stand, to the front desk, the waitstaff, the cashiers in the main floor coffee shop, every single person on staff is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. This is our third time staying here - our favorite Cleveland hotel.

Hotel was amazing. Room layout great, comfortable, modern and fresh. Corner room with ceiling to floor windows had the most amazing views... One of the best hotel rooms we've had in decades actually, and in Cleveland... The whole hotel felt very first class. Staff was terrific, supportive with an issue, and all around wonderful. The 2nd floor restaurant was very good, but grossly overpriced.

The engineering of the heating system was terrible, almost to the point of not considering coming back. Our first room was cold, and didn't warm up much. In order to heat, the fan had to run 24/7. It was so loud, even on low speed, that you couldn't hear the TV much less sleep. Once the thermostat setting was reached, the flame turned off and the fam blew cold air. It was TERRIBLE. We warmed the room up as much as we could then turned the system off hoping for the best. We survived. Aside from the heat design flaw, it was a fabulous hotel.... Not sure I ill ever have a reason to return to Cleveland though.

The location was great. Walked to baseball game, rock and roll hall of fame and harbor.

Wished there was a hot tub, but the pool was lovely.

Cutomer service was excepcional when we arrived. The hotel is super clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing location.

I checked out at 4am and the person at the front desk and the valet were rude. I know it was early but compared with all the other amazing staff, they did not measure up.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was very busy at check in time and our room with 2 beds wasn't available yet. The front desk clerk, caden, knew we needed our room quick to be able to get ready for the nights biggest concert in Cleveland, so he quickly offered us an upgrade to a beautiful suite for a very good price!

We needed 2 beds for 4 of us, but the suite we upgraded to had a huge sectional and pull out bed so we were just as comfortable. The microwave had leftover food in it that was molding from the last guests, but that was the only cleanliness issue.

Great location, excellent views, clean and comfortable rooms.

Walls are thin. Noise from different neighboring rooms was disruptive both nights.
