The staff was phenomenal very accommodating and friendly. The room clean and bountiful. The only drawback was the shared bathroom, although it was very clean, when the hotel was full it was very hard to get to, especially when the hotel was full of women.

The staff were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate our early arrival. Easy access to Venice by taking the number 5 or 19 bus. The only thing I wish I knew was the towels weren't included, which might have been in the fine print of the booking.
