- Bus and train in the front, customer service is good, house keeping is good, overall good
- Though there seemed to be some hesitation, the receptionists were able to answer questions though it is not something that should be praised. It¿s also super close to the airport. An option if you need a one night cheap one night stay.
- Location.
Cons -
- Turn off the AC at 9:00am.
- The elevator was way too small. The bathroom was extremely small and not the best place for a plus size person or sincerely any person. The WiFi sucked. Pictures are deceiving.
- We were told hotel check in will be ready at 3.00 PM. It took 1 hour to get room ready.Reception had to be told to keep lights on. No coffee or Tea, No kettle for hot water. They charged $4.80 cash per day for city tax but don't issue any receipt.
