Pros +

Location. It's easy to get to from the main train station. No bridges to cross. No need to pay any water buses. Near the train station. Room and bathroom condition is not too bad.
It was close to the train station for our last night check in

Cons -

The AC in our room didn't work. I told the night shift person, and he just lowered the thermostat, which didn't help. In morning, talked to lady and she turned it on, then raised her hands to the vents and said it's working. She said she'd tell husband.
