Hotel Ca' D'Oro - WENICE Deep Culture is a 5-minute walk from Venice’s Rialto Bridge and features a roof terrace where guests can enjoy afternoon tea. It offers canal views and traditionally-furnished rooms. The Ca' D'Oro’s rooms are air-conditioned and come with a minibar and satellite TV. Some have views of the Rio di Ca' Dolce canal. - Location and staff
- The hotel is a short walk from the Ca d? Oro waparetto stop. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean. It is a small hotel but for the price point it met our needs. We had a canal view room but ee. had to stretch our heads out the window to see it.
- It was a very charming hotel in the heart of Venice
Cons -
- Wifi did not work the whole day. Spoke to staff and they stated it was because the room I had booked was part of another hotel and therefore they didn?t have control over it. It would?ve been okay but the room also essentially blocked all cellular signal
- I would choose to stay closer to St Marks next time?the walk from hotel to st marks was very crowded and took about 15 minutes. It was farther away than I realized. It has an old feel for sure?very old furniture but it worked for the Venice feel.
- We had trouble finding the hotel, but that was due to being first timers in Venice which proved to be complicated navigating at times
