Hotel Villa Rosa is a 5-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station in the historic center of Venice. Rooms come with air conditioning and satellite TV. Just a few steps away you can catch a Vaporetto (water bus) to Saint Mark's Square.

Pros +
- Close to train station
- Very quick check in. Room was perfect size for a young couple. Big shower too which was great. Very clean and had good AC.
- Was really clean and the location was excellent, we just walk 5 min from the train station.
Cons -
- The room was located in the reception area on the ground floor. It was very noisy and had a strong moldy smell
- Hard to find the room at first. Lots of different staircases in the hotel, felt like we had walked into a Escher painting at first but it added character to the hotel also.
- The street where it is located is a bit spooky
