Location was great
LOCATION WAS SUPERB! CENTRAL SO ONE COULD WALK MOST PLACES OR IF GOING FAR CAN WALK TO TAKE A VAPORETTO OR WALK FROM TRAIN STATION. STAFF WAS EXCEEDINGLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Cons -

Bathroom was cramped especially the shower. Lift is very slow and only operates from first to second floor so luggage has to be carried up long flight of stairs.
ROOM WAS COMPACT BUT CLEAN. THERE ARE SEVERAL STAIRS TO REACH THE RECEPTION AND AN ELEVATOR FROM THERE. IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE WITH LUGGAGE OR IF ONE CANNOT WALK STAIRS TO USE THIS HOTEL.
The stairs were very hard to climb. we knew there was no elevator ahead of time, but the option of having a staff member helping guests would improve this hotel service. Our bedroom was directly located next to reception and was very loud!
