- Hotel clerk in early morning was friendly, personable and is. He answered all my American questions. The highlight of my trip there.
- Hotel is only minutes away from train station, when you have luggage this is important. Very helpful staff and in a beautiful location on the canal. Our room had a great view of the canal and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

- Our room was in what seemed to be an attic space. Very outdated, ac did work right and had built up condensation/rusty water in it , that was extremely upsetting and causes illness. The lobby was best appearance to what we saw.
- The staff was rude.Will not recommend this hotel.
- 20 Euros for a single glass of red wine seems a bit steep, even for Venice
