- Courteous staff. Hotel employee & others patiently explained to me how to use public bus to get to Tronchetto. And arranged shuttle van to airport. Nice pool and restaurant.
- The hotel was very clean, had free parking on site,rooms were spacious and if it was warmer outside we would have enjoyed the beautiful pool. The bed was comfortable and the food was pretty good. The young man who checked us in was very informative.

- There were three couples in our party and we were given the three smallest rooms in the hotel. I would never ever book this hotel again. Very disappointing to say the least!!
- I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults but they said I would have to get another room because they don't allow 4 adults in a room so we reserved a second room.
