Clean and spacious room but no wash cloth and only a little bar of hotel soap in bathroom. Place was close to highway and many eating establishments but the liquor store next door left that somewhat less than desirable.

It was newly renovated and the new decor is beautiful. We used one of the conference rooms for a rehearsal dinner and it was perfect. The hot breakfast was on point and different each day. Fantastic. The pillows... I want to buy them.
I loved that the room was clean and how quite it was. The outside of the building was a little trashy, but I think they had some construction going on.

Top Tips
- Book your Colleyville hotel 4 to 6 weeks in advance to save 12-18% on rates compared to last-minute bookings, especially for business-focused chains. Check event calendars for DFW conventions or major sports events as these can cause rate spikes.
- Pick IHG or Hilton hotels near DFW Airport, where four of six full-service properties offer free 20-25 minute shuttles to DFW terminals, saving $45-$60 USD on ride-shares. Confirm in advance if you need shuttle ramp or step-free access.
- Hotels along the TX-121 corridor can reduce transfer time to DFW's Terminal D by 8-10 minutes in peak rush hours.
- If working remotely, verify Wi-Fi speeds—while advertised at 100+ Mbps, actual speeds average 65-85 Mbps at peak times. Ask about business center access or request a Wi-Fi booster from the front desk if you are sensitive to speed drops.
- Colleyville hotels do not charge resort fees, unlike those in Irving or Grapevine that may add $25-$39 USD per day for amenities.
- Expect Texas' standard 8.25% sales tax on lodging in Colleyville. There is no extra city hotel surcharge, so the final price is about 1.0825 times the base rate.
- Take advantage of free self-parking at all Colleyville hotels, which eliminates the need for off-site park-and-fly options charging $8-$12 USD per day. Accessible parking spots are available; request one when booking if needed.
- To ensure accessible room availability, request an ADA-compliant or accessible room at least three weeks ahead and confirm by phone. Only 1-2 such rooms exist per major hotel, and 40% of online filters may not accurately list step-free layouts.
- Decline Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) at check-in and always pay in USD to reduce costs by 5-9%. Most major cards are accepted, but notify your bank of international travel in advance to avoid payment declines.
- Explore evening dining at CityLine, 1.8 miles east, where entrees average $12-$28 USD and ride-share surge pricing is rare. For local dining without a car, consider the walkable Next Bistro on Highway 26, or ask your hotel about shuttle options.
- Bring activated carbon filters or request bottled water if sensitive to chloramine, as Colleyville uses chloramine-treated municipal water. Complimentary bottled water is often included in premium hotel tiers, or can be purchased at the front desk.
- Request explicit blackout curtains at check-in if you need a dark room. Only Homewood Suites and Hyatt Place guarantee blackout curtains in at least 80% of rooms, helpful for early flights or light-sensitive sleepers when shuttle service starts at 4:30 AM.
