This hotel was exactly what I expected. The location was great. The staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was good. Breakfast was and they had good options.
Free airport shuttle, very prompt. Our wait at the airport was minimal. The departure from the hotel the next morning was on time. Close to DFW. Comfortable beds, room was clean. 4th time I have stayed here! So I highly recommend it.

The front desk clerk was not very visible.
Extremely dirty and smelly
The staff at reception was downright rude after a long trip and needs further training. Also, the room had a toilet that I had to fix myself (adjust float switch in tank by hand) and the sink faucet only had hot water (no cold).

It was a new hotel conveniently located near DFW airport.
