- My room didn't get cleaned and the bathroom sink didn't drain well.
- I did not get the room I reserved. The front desk was not helpful with this situation. Very unprofessional
- Sliding door to bathroom was hanging off track. Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it that evening. For a safety concern, they should have moved us. Shower fixture was stuck in hot, another safety concern when my child could not turn off.
