- Nothing considering they did not have the room i reserved! No king size beds they said first come first served. NEVER BEEN TOLD THAT WHEN I RESERVED A ROOM.

- The beds are comfortable, 2 drinks at happy hour & morning breakfast with a freshly made omelet is included in your stay. Embassy is always my favorite hotel stay.

Staff unfriendly (except one gentleman), almost to the point of being very rude, heat/air in room very uncomfortable (blowing cold air when the high for the day was 34, maintenance guy came & switched to heat but then it got really hot during the night even with being at lowest temperature), ran out of conditioner & body wash (asked housekeeping to fill & did not get filled), phones to call front desk did not work, sofa bed was like sleeping on springs, extra blanket was dirty. Wi die able to be opened to outside which I feel was a hazard with being on 3rd floor. Elevators limited, only 2 working, one which inspection was expired.
