- Nothing
- Brandon went above and beyond to help with an Internet connection problem. Laundry and ice machine were convenient.
- Just the location off the express way.
Cons -
- The check in was awful. Waited 45 minutes. Got to the counter and got told to sit down. Then waited another 20 to get called back up there to get a room. They said they were booked, but 90% of the rooms were empty
- I reported to the staff that it seemed like someone had been hanging out in our room. Before check in because the TV had been left on, microwave was left on. The iron did not work !
- Key machine out of order. Kids running through the hall all times of day and night. Smells - including marijuana - throughout. hot water inconsistent.
