They did finally process the refund after two attempts.
Clean and spacious room but no wash cloth and only a little bar of hotel soap in bathroom. Place was close to highway and many eating establishments but the liquor store next door left that somewhat less than desirable.
Very poor English skills led to misunderstanding and frustration on my part. Also, I was asked to sign a blank screen at check-in without being allowed to read what I was signing. Finally, we had to add another day to our stay and we're not told rate.

The hotel was dirty and the room was unlivable. We found blood and hair on the bed. Many things in utter disrepair.

Staff were rude and acted liked they were doing you a favor. Several of the staff and their families live in this hotel and there were overpowering smells of garlic and Indian spices permeating the halls.

Hotel is well used and showing signs of age and disrepair. Our room did not get cleaned during the day.
