Great customer service. First room the first check in was not so good. Second room was as expected. And because the hotel staff was accommodating, I don?t have anything bad to say about my 3 week stay.
It was cheap however as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
It was very clean.

Cons -

This hotel as well as the ladies in the office are horrible. The establishment itself was very dirty . The staff in the office are very disrespectful and inconsiderable. They issued me a already used room that wasn't cleaned and refused to switch itBeware
The have bed bugs and I was bitten all over. When I realized what had happened I asked for them to change me from room but I still found bugs on the other room in my bed. I had to go the hospital because some of the bites looked infected. Manager was rude
People Le in the rooms next to us we're smoking and the smell would come into our room some how.
