Large rooms, comfortable beds. Close by DFW Airport.

The breakfast had very limited food options.

The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good. The pool was great and had a shallow area for small kids. The beds were comfortable and there was a nearby gas station.

The sliding glass door to the outside didn't actually lock properly, it could be "locked" using a damaged metal piece. The hotel was not all that well maintained. We were not able to make the hot water work in our shower.

Close to the airport and there is airport shuttle service. Room is clean and well supplied.

Rang the front desk for the shuttle service but there was a loop/no one answering, which eventually made me gave up on calling and get a taxi instead. No wifi account. I went to the front desk hoping to resolve the issue. They said it was a system problem and tried to fix it by making a second reservation for me again. Nope, still no wifi for the whole stay. Likely due to this 2nd (fake) reservation, my card was charged again, which caused my account to be negative and on the risk of being closed! I wrote an email to the manager to raise the problem and requested for a refund. No reply. Not responsive at all on Booking.com chat.

Hotel needs updating!!!

Great location with lots of safe places for me to walk with my dog. Wonderful to have a Bar and Grill on site so that we did not have to leave hotel for food and drink. We left too early to eat your breakfast. We would have appreciated more than one coffee packet in the room -- we asked for another so that we could both have a cup of coffee, but staff said there were no more.

Supply of coffee in the room.
