We got to Florida really early. Called to ask if we can do an early check in, from the start the receptionist was Excellent. Her phone etiquette was pure excellence. She said we can wait in tbe lobby until our room was ready and she was even able to get us checked in earlier than said. We needed a couple things for the room. She was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Alot of options and the coffee WOW, delicious. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also very helpful and just pleasant. Keep them both. The location was great. Next to shopping area and restaurants.

The overall interior design is exceptional. Rooms are very big and extremely clean. The location is amazing, with 5-10 min drive to most of the Disney World parks. The breakfast buffet is amazing with food beyond expectations. Would highly recommend the hotel!

Perfect room for what we needed (a place to sleep!) we crushed the parks til late and woke up early to get started all over again! Breakfast staff were so lovely, some more magical than cast members in the parks!
Met all of our needs; for being a budget stay, it did NOT feel budget. The room was super spacious, and everything very clean. Planning on staying here again.

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.
The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.
Convenient location to Disney parks and local shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. In-unit kitchen (with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher) and laundry. Lots of room - good for families.

Great location and great staff. Room was ready before lunch, we were able to drop off our stuff and head to the parks. Room was recently renovated. Cafeteria had some good food options and even some for Hispanic Heritage month.

Water park was amazing. There were a lot of people there but the layout never makes it feel crowded. Room was very spacious and super comfortable.

The overall interior design is exceptional. Rooms are very big and extremely clean. The location is amazing, with 5-10 min drive to most of the Disney World parks. The breakfast buffet is amazing with food beyond expectations. Would highly recommend the hotel!
The room was clean, spacious, modern feel. The restaurant for breakfast had a good atmosphere, the food was good, fresh and plentiful. My waiter was friendly, great energy.

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.
The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.
Convenient location to Disney parks and local shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. In-unit kitchen (with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher) and laundry. Lots of room - good for families.

Super easy to get around from airport to parks. Lots of parking. Heated pool. Very clean
Clean,immaculate,good size resort, was not too busy, great staff, polite and eager to help. There was a rain storm one evening we were there which left a small pool of water on the deck. When we asked them the next morning if they could do anything about it, theyhad a person there in 10 minutes to clean it up for us. Easy place to manage, lots of facilities close by, shopping, groceries, restaurants
Great Value for the price. Nice pool area, gym was good. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was nice and efficient, our coffee machine stopped working and a replacement was delivered about 30 minutes later.

The location is great,. Having stayed here before we knew what to expect however there needs to be more care given to upkeep of a beautiful place and more attention given to customer paying a large fee.
We had a wonderful stay at Magic Village. The apartment were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area incl. beach volleyball field. The location was perfect — close to the Walt Disney World Resort. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Rooms was nice and spacious
Overall, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute drive to Disney. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, and being right next to Old Town Kissimmee made it even better since we could simply walk over for dinner and entertainment. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back again.

Clean,immaculate,good size resort, was not too busy, great staff, polite and eager to help. There was a rain storm one evening we were there which left a small pool of water on the deck. When we asked them the next morning if they could do anything about it, theyhad a person there in 10 minutes to clean it up for us. Easy place to manage, lots of facilities close by, shopping, groceries, restaurants

Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT stay hereThis was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The bathroom was filthy, the bathtub was covered in slime, and they couldn’t even bother to properly hang or secure the shower curtain. The bedsheets were dirty, the ceiling was full of mold, and the entire room smelled strongly of mold and humidity. The smell was unbearable.This place is not just uncomfortable — it is unhygienic and unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate, let alone be listed on Booking.com. I am extremely disappointed that Booking still accepts reservations for a hotel in this condition.I strongly warn anyone reading this: do not stay here. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and health risk. This hotel should be removed from booking platforms until it meets basic cleanliness and safety standards.
The location was good. That's about it.
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and massaging thanks to the lovely showerhead. It's in a great location as there's both an IHOP and a Perkins within walking distance, and there's plenty of other stores, and restaurants close by. It's minutes from I-4, International Dr and the Disney parks.

Rooms was nice and spacious
Overall, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute drive to Disney. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, and being right next to Old Town Kissimmee made it even better since we could simply walk over for dinner and entertainment. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back again.

The overall interior design is exceptional. Rooms are very big and extremely clean. The location is amazing, with 5-10 min drive to most of the Disney World parks. The breakfast buffet is amazing with food beyond expectations. Would highly recommend the hotel!

Cleanliness and space
The top floor had beautiful amounts of natural light from the skylights. Unfortunately during our stay we were jam packed with activities and (weather was rainy) so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful,. Extremely friendly people. The rooms had Everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The swan folded towels and washer/dryer, laundry detergent, complimentary coffee, and goody box were the perfect touch of convenience and comfort. Will definitely book again ❤️ Location to local restaurants, grocery, gift shops we're all within walking distance and travel to and from Disney was easy.

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.
The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was great! Our roomWas clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice perk- the coffee was very good and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.
The breakfast was good. The staff did a great job stocking it. The rooms were comfortable, but a little crowded for a family of four. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday, which was nice. The staff are also very attentive to any problems reported.

The location is great,. Having stayed here before we knew what to expect however there needs to be more care given to upkeep of a beautiful place and more attention given to customer paying a large fee.
We had a wonderful stay at Magic Village. The apartment were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area incl. beach volleyball field. The location was perfect — close to the Walt Disney World Resort. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Rooms was nice and spacious
Overall, the location was excellent—just a 10-minute drive to Disney. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, and being right next to Old Town Kissimmee made it even better since we could simply walk over for dinner and entertainment. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back again.

Clean,immaculate,good size resort, was not too busy, great staff, polite and eager to help. There was a rain storm one evening we were there which left a small pool of water on the deck. When we asked them the next morning if they could do anything about it, theyhad a person there in 10 minutes to clean it up for us. Easy place to manage, lots of facilities close by, shopping, groceries, restaurants
Great Value for the price. Nice pool area, gym was good. Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was nice and efficient, our coffee machine stopped working and a replacement was delivered about 30 minutes later.

Pools and water park
Highly recommend this hotel, exceptional service in amenities period 3 restaurants. But you have to pay for them, but the food is good and reasonable prices period beautiful pools, wonderful hot tub and a water park period shuttle buses to the Disney places and I would not recommend the terraces period I was my room was wonderful. However, I was overlooking a parking lot period I upgraded to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, I did have to pay an extra $60 per night but so worth it.
Amazing location and by far the best rooms, well apartments around! We normally stay at a Disney resort for Disney, then hop over to the Hard Rock for Universal Studios. Never again! Forget the perks for staying at their places. The Grove Resort has a shuttle service to both. This will probably be our new go-to location.

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.
The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.
Convenient location to Disney parks and local shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. In-unit kitchen (with dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher) and laundry. Lots of room - good for families.

The location is great,. Having stayed here before we knew what to expect however there needs to be more care given to upkeep of a beautiful place and more attention given to customer paying a large fee.
We had a wonderful stay at Magic Village. The apartment were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area incl. beach volleyball field. The location was perfect — close to the Walt Disney World Resort. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The pool area was amazing – it had a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, and bar servers who came around to take food and drink orders. The piña coladas were a personal favorite!There were tons of golf options to choose from, whether you're into full-course golf, mini golf, or a fun Topgolf-style experience right on the property.Even with a wedding, a convention, and lots of families on-site, the resort still felt calm and peaceful, which made it super relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a fun and laid-back getaway.

The location is excellent, the amenities were clean and felt safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and sent one of the maintenance crew to assist with getting our luggage up the stairs.
The location was great. So close to shops and restaurants. We went to Disney World for this trip and the furthest park was only a 15min drive. The place had tons of space for the price. There seemed to be lots of great things to do on site with the sport courts, playground, and pool. I regret not having a day to just hang out at the hotel.
