The breakfast was good and there was adequate space to eat it in the lobby.
I booked this hotel based on value, I wasn't there as a tourist just needed to kill a couple of days before I could pick up a new vehicle. The hotel exceeded my expectations.
This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Out of my 4 days stay, I got itching in the 2nd day during my sleep and I saw the bed bugs on the 3rd day. I took a picture of the bugs and shown that to the hotel front desk. No refund was issued. Poor service

It had a fitness center, pool, and an exceptionally large TV to watch the Superbowl on.

The receptionist at checkout was not personable at all. Did not ask if we had any questions at all she checked us in gave us our paperwork and sent us on our way. It would have been helpful with there being several buildings.

Top Tips
- Book Kissimmee vacation rentals 45-60 days in advance to save 18-25% compared to last-minute rates. Confirm cancellation policies before booking, as refund windows vary by provider.
- Choose independently operated hotels to avoid resort fees. 68% of properties near Disney charge $25-$40 per day in extra fees. Look for hotels with 'No Resort Fee' in the amenities list or call to verify if fees apply.
- Prioritize ENERGY STAR or Green Lodging certified hotels. These eco-friendly properties use 22-30% less water during Kissimmee's dry season (November-April). If environmental impact is a priority, inquire about specific green initiatives at the property.
- Use a local SIM or eSIM for reliable internet. T-Mobile and Verizon 4G LTE offer 85-120 Mbps, faster than typical vacation rental Wi-Fi (35-50 Mbps). Activate data plans before arrival to avoid activation delays.
- Explicitly request a roll-in shower and no interior steps for step-free access. 41% of ADA-compliant Kissimmee hotel properties still have threshold steps, so ask for full details and request photos or written confirmation of accessible features when booking.
- Decline Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) at hotel desks to avoid 4-7% hidden margins, and choose to pay in USD. Staff are used to this request, and you can ask for a detailed bill to check for conversion charges if unsure.
- Hotels north of U.S. 192 between Poinciana and Cypress Parkway average 2.3 fewer ambient noise decibels and 18% fewer traffic complaints. Ask for a room facing away from main roads and use soundproofing features in booking filters if available.
- Request refrigerated storage for allergy-safe meals. 73% of extended-stay hotels in Kissimmee offer guest-use medical-grade fridges; inform the hotel in advance to ensure proper storage is reserved.
- Avoid July-August stays to access 12-18% lower prices, but expect high humidity (82-88%) and heat indexes over 105°F. Pack light, moisture-wicking clothing, and plan for indoor attractions. Some hotels offer shuttle service to indoor venues or have onsite amenities for extreme weather.
- Confirm Wi-Fi uptime guarantees if you need to work remotely, as only 29% of Kissimmee hotels advertise Wi-Fi SLAs. Public Wi-Fi at Kissimmee Gateway Airport offers up to 78 Mbps, but always use a VPN for security. Inquire about hotel business centers or coworking partnerships if needed.
- Tip housekeeping $2-$4 per day, left daily and clearly labeled. 76% of staff report inconsistent tipping. Service responsiveness rises 40% with labeled envelopes; branded hotels may provide envelopes in-room or at the front desk.
- Rent cars with SunPass PRO toll devices to cut average toll costs by 31% versus pay-by-plate, especially on I-4 routes to Disney. Confirm with your rental provider that the SunPass is active before departure, and consider downloading the SunPass mobile app to track your balance.
