Offering a heated outdoor pool and located just 10 minute' drive from Walt Disney World, and also a Surfari Waterpark that has a lazy river, slides, kids splash area and family friendly park activities. Pros +
- The receptionist at checkout was not personable at all. Did not ask if we had any questions at all she checked us in gave us our paperwork and sent us on our way. It would have been helpful with there being several buildings.
- The staff was amazing. I was offered an upgrade to a 3 bedroom and everyone was extremely helpful.
- the waterpark
Cons -
- We where not advised cleaning service was not included in the stay and that we would have to pay $20 for more wash clothes and towels.
- No view from room and long walk to pools and park. Got lost a few times trying to find correct parking lot
- not clean at all
