Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Lovely pool view room with excellent balcony and nice sized bath. Room was large and comfortable.

TV - could not connect my streaming services so had in reality, no real TV. The mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The advertisements made it seem like the water park (slides and river) was part of the property but it wasn't. The water park is a separate entity accessible via shuttle ONLY until October. Since we went in November, we had a nice pool but not a water park.

Rooms was spacious. Staff was friendly. Pool was great

We had to wait a very long time for our room to be ready. Drinks were expensive.

Good choices for breakfast and evening meal with good quality food. Staff are amazing - so kind helpful and friendly.Lovely pool area

The hotel and pool area were excellent, everything was clean, well presented and the staff were really lovely and helpful.The hotel was really well located to access to the parks and local shopping area with restaurants.

We booked a resort view room which when we arrived was a room facing a building site, car park and bunch of air conditioning units.We complained and were moved but as the hotel was so quiet I'm not sure why we were put in such a poor room in the first place.I think you are in danger of people not complaining during their visit and then them hitting social media when they depart with bad reviews which I think would be a shame as you have a great hotel so I would recommend that you don't use the poor rooms if not needed.

Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel.2nd visit,this time with my husband on our anniversary.We got a lovely surprise from the staff(sparkling wine,chocolate covered Strawberries and a card).This was indeed going the extra mile and was very much appreciated,thank you so much!The hotel is beautiful, clean and has great facilities.Very friendly staff always willing to help(from check out to valet and shuttle driver and housekeeping)I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. Will definitely be back again when in the area.A special thank you to Michelle from reception and Raphael.

Very clean resort. Close to parks and shopping and restaurants in the area.

The rooms need a bit of an upgrade. The vinyl flooring lifted a bit in our room along with broken handle to patio. Prices of drinks by the pool are expensive. 1 cocktail, 1 bud, 1 mocktail and a coke was $48. they automatically add 20% tip to the bill. Found the pool wait staff quite rude at the bar (not day bed service). Onsite coffee from provisions is bad!! But I’m an Aussie so have high standards for coffee. Be careful in the spa it’s highly chlorinated and ruined my daughter’s bikini.

Easy access to everything. Friendly staff. Nice and empty. Waterpark was a bonus. Plenty of parking.

The room had dead mosquitoes killed on the wall. At least 10. It was disgusting.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was very cozy. The bar hosted every night a singer.
