- They charge a fee that is not mentioned when you are booking
- When we arrived they did not have my reservation, they had to add me in the system.
- We had empty/used toiletries the towels were tiny hand towels., the breakfast selection was HORRIBLE. Like worst I have ever personally seen. And the lady at the front desk when we checked out was a butthole.
