We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and that was the most important thing for us. Everything in the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, from the rooms to the common areas.The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and professional, and they always made us feel welcome. The service was excellent and very attentive.The hotel is very family-friendly, calm, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was great, fresh, and well prepared.Another big plus is the location — the hotel is close to everything, which made getting around very easy and convenient.Overall, everything about this hotel was great. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again.

breakfast needs improvement. This was my 3rd time at the hotel. before breakfast was excellent. now, it seems they are only focus on give you sugar and so much healthy options.

Great for families. Nice play park and pool. Rooms are adequate, comfy beds. We were on the back. Plenty of parking and safe.Breakfast was well stocked but crazy! All the staff we encountered were nice, especially the breakfast staff. Located close to the Disney parks.

This was the best hotel for staying with young children i have ever experienced! The outdoor play area was exceptional, creative, and fun! The pool was average but fun and gated and safe. The play room was exceptional with plenty of tables and toys very suitable for sensory children. The play room also had in-wall screens for game playing. Of course the bouncy castle was a success too. I liked that the parking areas were situated away from the main childrens' play area. Swings and play house with a kitchen, doors, and windows. Front lobby was immaculate and Starbucks certainly a treat! Breakfast area very large and well laid out with lots of food and variety as well as multiple waffle iron stations!We loved our stay and will visit again when traveling with the Littles!!!! Amazing experience. Nice decor in the rooms, great floors (no carpet of course) in the rooms and good bedding and lots of pillows. Theme painted walls very welcoming to the kiddos. Oh and we loved the inspirational signs posted. They were literally an inspiration and completely welcoming!And the cutest Frigidaire frig and freezer ever!

Great hotel. Clean, updated, and family friendly with lots of things for kids to do. Breakfast was a hot bread with several good options.

The air conditioning in the room was not as cold as I wish it would have been. Had it on the coldest setting but just not as powerful to keep room cold.

It is our first time there, we enjoyed it and have a good time. Very Clean, Pleasant. Everything that we see when booking is real. The staff friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast! We just loved! For children it is excellent. I really recommend!

Buckle up because this is going to be a long review. If you are considering booking your stay here, DO IT! I've stayed at 5 star resorts and this place beats them. That says alot. It is so CLEAN and the staff is constantly tidying up. They have a large park area filled with tree houses, small toddler houses, swings, firepits for adults, giant connect four, toddler water toys, toddler toys in general- literally EVERYTHING. They have a volleyball court and a soccer field... a full gym.. gaming area.. bouncehouse.. character breakfast.. the list goes on and on. The pool area has padded lawn chairs, padded couches, toys for children and blow ups as well and is clean and immaculate. Towels are poolside. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are wonderful, they walk around tidying up and helping you with whatever you need. The breakfast buffet consists of eggs, sausage, mickey waffles, fresh cut fruits (oranges, pineapple...), donuts, toast and bagels, yogurt and a cereal bar. There also is a make your own waffle area with sprinkles and toppings for your waffles along with just about every brand of syrup (IHOP, aunt Jemima, ect). Halfway through breakfast they blasted the song "YMCA" and had a minion come out and dance with the children! So awesome. They also have coffee and juices as well as water. This hotel has a full starbucks and food area to which you can order room service from. The food consists of Spanish foods, Mexican delights and Armenian goodies as well as typical American foods and are all very affordable. The rooms are super clean and fresh and come with lots of cute towel set ups, soap, conditioner and shampoo (not the 2 in 1 crap most hotels offer) which I loved. The beds are insanely comfy something I've never experienced at a hotel and the pillows are awesome. The whole place is amazing for families and super convenient at every turn.
