Pros +
- The rooms are roomy and very very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean, comfortable and well laid out. The hotel has many activities, restaurants and shops. You do not need to leave.
- Never had to leave the complex. Awesome pools. Gorgeous interior and atmosphere

Cons -
- The hotel is a huge maze with minial signage on locations.They charge resort fees plus daily self parking fees.
- Lack of staff at the Water Park and that they would open only some of the slides because of the staff shortages. Night before trash, alcohol left in pool area from night prior
- Staff was not attentive when you called and asked for things to be sent to the room. It would take them forever to bring you something and it made you go through an automated system before you could talk to anyone.
