- The pool lights at night have a calming effect
- Some of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
- The proximity to the Disney resort area is great
Cons -
- The added "resort fee" was unexpected and extreme for a one-night stay !
- I had to wait over an hour to check in my room
- When we checked in, we were told there was room service. Her manager overheard and said nothing, and she heard the young lady say yes. We called back down, and she said she was wrong. Elevators were dirty and discusting.
