Great location, nice facilities, the rooms are a bit small.
The hotel was pretty great from the customer service to the hotel room expectations. Staff was nice. The pool area was amazing! Loved the fact they require access with the card everywhere for security reasons. Enjoyed they had a lot of options for breakfast! Free parking! It was close to Sea World which was convenient! Loved the fact the room had functional ac and lots of appliances made me feel like I was in my own apartment.

Location easy to get all over town. Breakfast offered wide variety of items in a clean and large area. Staff friendly and helpful. Separate sitting area was great.

The location was easy to get in and out of and close to where I needed to go. The bed was comfortable, and the shower head was nice.I would also like to note that the lady who checked us in was very sweet and helpful in answering our questions, which we appreciated.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

My family and I were greeted the moment we walked in, front desk lady ( Joann ) is so sweet. Rachel always had breakfast on point. Breakfast was different everyday. All the staff is super friendly, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back again. Rooms are big and beds are exceptionally comfortable. Everything is so clean. Housekeeping does a great job as well.
The location was great. A lot of restaurants were close by. The property was very clean. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The pool was clean. The facility had a gym which was great and the breakfast was delicious.

My family and I were greeted the moment we walked in, front desk lady ( Joann ) is so sweet. Rachel always had breakfast on point. Breakfast was different everyday. All the staff is super friendly, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back again. Rooms are big and beds are exceptionally comfortable. Everything is so clean. Housekeeping does a great job as well.

Staff was great. Stayed here for new years and although the staff was extremely busy, they were very nice and our check in wait wasn't longer than 10 minutes. Valet was a bit pricy but it's not like other hotels that you pay for valet and parking which was nice. Our river view was excellent and more than I expected. Rooms were clean. River is at your feet literally. I will definitely be staying here for my next stay. It was worth every penny.

Staff was fabulous. Easy check in and checkout. Was able to book another night at 3am and left staff a note asking to be in same room after checking in at 1130pm with checkout being 11am. It is a very pretty hotel l, very well located. Sheets and convertors are not comfortable.The room amenities are very poor, clothes hangers are broken, and few amount of them. They place a small bottle of body lotion with a very bad quality product and when you consume it after the first shower, they do not replace it cleanly trying to save proving a bad service.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Location was perfect for what I wanted. Near to the appointment that I had. I loved the Starbucks, I didn’t eat in the hotel in any restaurant so idk the food there. The room was clean and beautiful, modern. My kid could watch bebefinn in the tv so perfect. Valet parking was great. I loved that they have the holly bible in the room.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

The suite was spacious, clean, well stocked with needed items. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to a mall, shopping centers, nice restaurants and the airport.
