It's SO close to the river walk and the mall and the Alamo and the Tower. Amazing hotel. Hotel parking charges you, but I didn't drive once, because of the amazing location. So I saved a lot of $ with the hotel parking area.

The friendliness pf staff. Fenced in parking and you could only get in the gate with a key card. Very well lit. Fast food and restaurant options surround it. When I found a giant roach in bathroom due to the rain. They upgraded us to a better room.

Convenient location and breakfast buffet
We loved the breakfast and 5:30 kickback! We also loved the indoor pool, although the water was a tad chilly.
The friendliness pf staff. Fenced in parking and you could only get in the gate with a key card. Very well lit. Fast food and restaurant options surround it. When I found a giant roach in bathroom due to the rain. They upgraded us to a better room.

Housekeeping staff does a great job with keeping rooms clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful when we requested a different view and floor. We stayed in a king room with a pullout sofa and it was very comfortable for our family. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would book again.
