Quality Inn & Suites Seaworld North

The staff was wonderful especially Vanessa the night lady. She was absolutely amazing. The morning front desk lady was also very friendly and helpful. The over all facilities where clean and nice. Are room Accommodations were perfect.

The bathroom in our room was not really up to par. The tile in the shower was broken in place that can cause harm. The shower head has a metal wrapping that was coming off and actually cut my finger. The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was mold in the shower and lots of hair.

Location was great for my trip.

Checkin service not very friendly. TV in room was not working and the hotel didn't have anyone to fix the problem.

Elevator wasn’t working. Requested a ground floor room. Had to wait will they cleaned some rooms before I could get one.

Our room was very clean

Breakfast. Biscuits were hard as a rock. I even put one in microwave, with butter. The juice machine was empty. So they had little cups of juice. They ran out of eggs (which were the instant eggs) and other things. Not being refilled quickly. There was a large family in the breakfast area. (15 family members). And they kept getting rounds of plates of food. They also were letting their small children run the halls and play tag. Management allowed all of this. They had to put us on the 1st floor because the elevator was broken. And when we got there after 3pm to check in, our room was still being cleaned. We had a small wait. Which wasn't bad but we were dropping off our luggage and had an engagement to be at. If they can fix the quality of breakfast, I wouldn't mind staying here again. The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh. There was a huge play area outside, if you have little ones.

The location is great and in a safe neighborhood.

During a peak time they only had one worker there at the hotel. Unless the guy was lying to me, one worker total for a peak check in time. Our refrigerator wasn't working. When I called to see if they could send someone to fix it or replace it I was told he was the only person working and the only option was to change rooms. We had already unpacked and my toddler was asleep so no way were we going to be changing rooms. I let him know I have some medication that needed to be refrigerated and asked if they had a refrigerator there. I was told yes he had a refrigerator but I wasn't allowed to use it. Never in my life have I been to a hotel that told me I could not put medication in their refrigerator. This is the second time we stayed at this place and both times the shower rod was broken so the rod angled downward towards the center making the curtains fall towards Center and water flowing out of the shower. It's something we can handle with extra towels but they were being so stingy with towels making us return used towels in order to get new ones. For the price we paid, especially considering their extra little fee pretending that they're a resort with their rundown and barely functioning playground and other extras, I would expect much much more. They really need to have two people working there during peak times so that the workers can actually help the customers.

I liked the location.

I didn't like the smell or the roaches all over the room. Very disgusted and wish I could have gotten a refund.
