- Exceptional customer service! Everyone who worked there was super nice. Beautifully furnished hotel, perfect location.

Cons -
- A few maintenance issues - all the elevators had an alarming CLANK every time the doors opened or shut. 12th floor ice room remained flooded the entirety of our 3 night stay. We reported it, and there was no evidence that anyone had worked to fix it.
- They did not have the room laid out carefully to place furniture out of the line of walking. Very heavy should be only out of the walking area. Most rooms were indeed laid out carefully, and so it appeared a fluke.
- Valet neglected to give us our car key when car was brought down. Car started cuz we had an extra key. Now key needs to be mailed to us
