Go walking distance from the French quarter but the area had a lot of homeless people around outside the hotel and the room was not clean there was a roach ion the floor upon check in and the water went out for several hours.

I booked this hotel as a price breaker so I didn't know which hotel I would get but I could not be happier! The property is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.
Did not have the chance to even get to the hotel. We booked the room for Jan. 1st, 2025 and was to check-in by 3pm. We arrived in New Orleans about 2:30pm. Due to the "terrorist attack" on Bourbon St.

The staff were very friendly. There was an issue with the room, and their solution was to move us to another room. Not only were they very accommodating about moving us, because we were going to be gone the all day, they moved our items for us!

Not much. This place needs an over-haul. I immediately regretted staying here. The computers were down the entire weekend, there was a microwave in the main lobby (none in the room), I was placed on the 14th floor, etc, etc.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very nicely. It was clean instructions were given to me very clearly. The deposit fee wasn¿t too much. Neither was the room was an overpriced, and the breakfast was amazing.

This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.

I always look for decent hotel deals because I travel a lot. For the price I paid for this hotel, they went above and beyond. It was so clean and even the outside was clean. I will stay here again when I go to LA.

Entering the hotel was inviting, clean, and nicely decorated. The room had new carpet, clean, decorated nice and all appliances were well kept up. The hallway, gym, and pool were very cleaned. Breakfast included in the flare price.
