- I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.Upon checking in, I found blood stains on the mattress, the entire room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the elevator was out of service. Additionally, there were no sheets provided for the pull-out bed, which made the situation even worse. These conditions were clearly unsanitary and far below the standards any guest should expect.I stayed only one night because I had no other option at that moment, but I decided to leave the following day due to the poor conditions. Despite this, I have not received a refund for the unused night.

- Went for Mardi Gras and I’ll NEVER stay there again! That hotel is disgusting. Outdated, rooms were filthy, smelled horrible, roaches, lamps/handles broken, stains on the wall, weird stuff under the sheets, room phone didn’t work, elevator kept breaking down on us and the manager had a TERRIBLE attitude towards the guests. She did not want to accommodate all who were having issues with their room! The front desk lady Nell was so sweet and tried her best to help while the manager talked trash on the phone knowing her hotel is should be shut down immediately because it’s giving crack motel!! I have pics as well! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Location great.
Parking horrible had to park across the street and was lock of the room for 10 minutes at 3am. One set of towels in the room for people. Did not like the going back and forward downstairs.
