- The breakfast was okay. It was hard to get to the hotel from the street. you had to go through several other businesses to get to the hotel.

- If I had known that you didn't have an elevator, then I would have requested a first-floor room. My mother is 84 and had a hard time getting up the stairs. Also, both ice machines were out of service. I am aware that there had been an ice storm that put them out of service, but it would have been nice if there had been some ice available.
- Beds are uncomfortable and hard. Felt like laying on cardboard. Need to consider adding mattress toppers
- Carpets were sticky

The place was so stinky and the receptionist could not find our reservation. We wound up leaving with a refund.
