As always, it's a beautiful hotel
The parking was confusing (I parked at Poydras because valet wasn't available and had no idea where to go and what to do instead), the room was overpriced, and had undisclosed fees. The staff was rude and dismissive.

The location is very convenient
The room that I was in was like an older room # 672. I will come to stay again, but prefer to stay in a newer area of hotel

Great location, amazing views of the city. Staff was excellent. Hotel had celebrity guests staying during Pride weekend and was still very accommodating. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the restaurants and bars in the hotel were nice.
