Econo Lodge Hammond

Pros +

• Laundry available and at a good location
• The cleanliness of the room. Amenities were great.
• The location was very easy to find. It was close to somewhere to eat breakfast. I got a room on the first floor and was able to park my vehicle so I could see it from my room.

Cons -

• Room 110, we spotted a roach on two different days.
• Black staff at registration desk were not very enthused in helping. Busy playing on their phones. White staff were quick to help. Not racist. Just the truth.
• Had a problem with one of the desk clerks,  very rude, unprofessional, she thinks and acts like she's running a jail instead of a hospitality job, says she runs it by policy, but doesn't fully understand the policies herself,
