- The breakfast was good and hot. The rooms, however could use some updating. But overall it was very clean and could use some deodorizer.
- The staff was almost one woman and a security guard. Rude abd unhelpful. I paid for a large suite on booking.com. iwas not greeted at all. No valet, no concierge, no night manager. No Carta. Mo knew to help with luggage. There were 3 of us. I was given a tiny room that was definitely nit a queen suite. HAIR IN THE TINT TUB. USED TOWELS ROLLED UP. I asked for a cart upon delivery. I was told no baby they all upstairs. People were leainhn
